Eagle Rock Gun School and Range is a tax exempt, not-for-profit 501(c) (3) Educational Association offering expert firearms training and an outdoor public range.

The school offers basic as well as advanced firearms training by trained professionals. All NRA basic and advanced firearms classes are available. In addition, Non-NRA tactical firearms training classes are scheduled throughout the year. All instructors are NRA certified, many have additional training from other organizations not related to the NRA.

The public range is open to the public for a minimal fee. Individual and Family yearly memberships are also available. The public range shooting is supervised by NRA trained Range Safety Officers. Shooter safety is our number 1 priority both on the public as well as the school training bays.

Organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, 4-H Clubs, Hunter Education, and the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Department use the range for their training purposes, free of charge.

SINCE EAGLE ROCK GUN SCHOOL AND RANGE IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, IT DEPENDS TOTALLY ON GRANTS AND PRIVATE DONATIONS FOR RANGE DEVELOPMENT. SHOOTER’S FEES FROM THE SCHOOL AND THE RANGE ARE DEDICATED TO THE OPERATIONAL COSTS OF THE FACILITY.

*PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO VISIT OUR DONATIONS PAGE AND CONSIDER DONATING TO THIS MOST NOTEWORTHY PROJECT OFFERING SAFE SHOOTING AND FIREARMS TRAINING TO THE CITIZENS OF BONNEVILLE COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THANK YOU!

Eagle Rock Gun School and Range is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization located in Bonneville county approximately 10 miles west of Idaho Falls on West Broadway. ERGSR is open to the public and was founded for the purpose of teaching the safe use of firearms for recreational and self protection purposes. The range will be staffed and managed by NRA certified Range Safety Officers and initially will be open Friday and Saturday.

The firing line has a covered canopy with rifle/pistol benches and stools; the target lines are portable and fixed out to 100 yards.  Each shooter will be provided one target on a target stand with additional paper targets available for a small fee.  However, shooters are welcome to bring their own paper targets as well.

With safety as our primary concern, the firing line will be managed by an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer.
